Alicia is a talented hairstylist passionate about creating styles that make her clients feel confident and beautiful. She loves working with all hair types and enjoys customizing each cut, colour and style to suit individual personalities. Alicia takes pride in providing a welcoming, relaxing experiences while helping clients leave looking and feeling their best.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations: we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify will result in a 50% service fee.
Missed appointments: failure to cancel an appointment, and/or no-shows will be required to pay 100% of the services scheduled.
Late arrivals
Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service. If it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame, all attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “no show” and will be treated as a missed appointment.
Booking appointments
At deposit of $25 is required upon booking all services, this will be deducted from your appointment total. We appreciate your continued love and support.
